If you are chairing an event and would like to have the details of the event posted on the event calendar please contact:

• The day manager - you may leave your information with the day manager.

Be sure to include the following information about the event:

• The date, day, time (both start and end time if applicable)
• Place of the event.
• Cost of event
• Name and phone number of contact person.
• Feel free to provide any additional information you feel is important but please keep the size to one page. If you have a flyer or handout sheet prepared for the event (with or without graphics) that would be fine.
• If you are leaving the information for the day manager, please place your materials in an envelope marked clearly with: YOUR EVENT TITLE , CONTACT PERSON AND PHONE.

Please note: ONLY CHAPTER APPROVED EVENTS WILL BE POSTED
Photos of past events or activities can also be provided using this method. Please use a felt tip pen on the back of photo to identify the scene. Materials will be scanned and then returned to the contributor.
